14-Day Return Window
You may return any artwork within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
Condition Requirements
Returned artwork must be undamaged and in the same condition as received. All original packaging materials must be included. We recommend photographing the artwork before repackaging it for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at contactdesk@danixelhood.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping the artwork back to us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged or was incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the artwork until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability and price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Commissioned or custom-made artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specifications. Gift cards and sale items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
