We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Each artwork is carefully inspected and prepared for shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods

We partner with specialized art logistics providers to ensure safe delivery. All shipments include full insurance coverage and tracking. Standard delivery times range from 7-14 business days for international orders.

Packaging

Every painting is protected with multiple layers of archival-quality materials. Rolled canvases are shipped in sturdy tubes, while stretched and framed pieces receive reinforced box packaging with corner protectors and shock-absorbing materials.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over A$150. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate of A$25 applies. This rate covers packaging materials, insurance, and tracked delivery to your door.

Tracking Your Order

Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress through our logistics partner's website.

Delivery Requirements

Due to the value and delicate nature of our artworks, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or arrange for delivery to a secure location where it can be held safely.

International Deliveries

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.
